My family growing up had a very tight family unit at home. Fast forward to adulthood and we are scattered around the country. We communicate weekly, and share stories and episodes from our daily lives. However, we have each taken different paths through life which are not always relatable amongst each other. One thing that always gives us common ground is to talk about our animals. It was before, mostly about dogs but now its dogs, cats, ducks and horses. There is always a laugh and always lots of love.
